Phil L. Axt

Phil Axt founded Audio Images 20 years ago.  He has over 25 years of experience in the audio marketing industry, and an extensive background in communications.

Axt’s company specializes in multi-family housing.  As President, Axt has personally directed the company’s growth in the after-hours answering service using information technology to provide a better service to multi-family housing communities needing after-hours service.

Phil has a proven track record of great successes in new product development.

Phil is a Florida native, enjoys boating, and resides in Jacksonville, Florida.

Donna L. Reed, CPA

Donna Reed is Audio Images vice-president and chief financial officer.  She oversees the financial operations of the entire company, as well as the Accounting and Tax Departments.  She also serves as a member of the company’s Executive Management Team, which oversees the development and implementation of Audio Images’ long-range planning and strategies for future growth.

As a licensed CPA, Reed has owned and operated a CPA firm serving clients in a wide range of industries for more than 10 years.  She previously held positions as Director of Finance and Manager of Business Development for companies such as JM Family Enterprises, Inc., listed in Forbes as the 33rd-largest privately held company in the United States, and AutoNation the largest, pure-play automotive retail company in America.

Reed graduated from University of Florida with a Master’s degree in accounting and business administration.  She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  She and her husband, William, have four children and live in Jacksonville, Florida.
