We offer two options to choose from to meet your needs: Resident Messaging and Community Alerts. Both services are designed to keep you in touch with your residents, but each has its own unique features.

Resident Messaging is a robust and full-featured messaging service that allows you to send unlimited messages to your residents. You can send richly-formatted emails including images and attachments. You can personalize messages using substitution fields for resident names and contact information. You can send only to the residents who need your communication--by resident, unit, building or everyone.

Community Alerts is a limited messaging service that allows you to send a fixed number of messages each month. Messages are delivered to all residents of your community. Messages are sent by both email and SMS. Messages are plain text only. This service is perfect for sending out community-wide alerts or notices.
